Your benefits
Experience a new kind of mobility with an electric car right from your workplace. Whether you’re driving during work hours, after work, on the weekend, or whenever you need it, the vehicle can be used for both business and personal trips and charged on company premises.
The nearest car-sharing vehicle has never been so close—it’s available to you 24/7 on the company premises. At the end of your reservation, simply return the vehicle there and start the charging process.
You can find the exact location of the vehicles in the app.
In the app, you can always check the vehicle’s current charge level. Charging on company premises is, of course, free of charge - and you can also charge at public Mainova charging stations at no additional cost.
The app keeps you updated on the locations of the charging stations.
No matter what questions you have—whether about registration, booking, or in the event of a claim—the Service Team is your personal support around the clock and is always available by phone at +49 241 95788 366 or by email at support@moqo.de.
You can also find the service number in the app.
Once you’ve confirmed that you’re authorized to use the vehicle and have passed your driver’s license exam, book your first ride through the app.
You can also use the app to unlock the vehicle and access your personal information, bookings, invoices, and more.
Your key to the vehicle: the app on your smartphone.
You share the vehicles only with your colleagues—so you can generally be sure that the vehicles are handed over in perfect condition.
The vehicles are, of course, thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis.
If you do have a complaint, simply report it via the app.
